not sure now I know for certain we have had two offers for him, and that he's holding out for a better deal, so who knows!!!

3 years left means we have a year to get him to extend his contract or find a replacement.

Im not even sure if we have a decent back up keeper? seem to have lost touch with them.

Vorm is decent and I think if he had a run of games he'd look solid.

McGee signed a new contract to keep him here til 2019 and trained with the first team this season so I assume the coaches must think a lot of him.

seen an itk elsewhere say this was a made up story and that Lloris hasn't actually been offered an extension as he has 3 years left and is already one of the top earners at the club.

What stuff about Joe Hart?

That would seem about right knowing our press.

After hearing all the stuff recently about Joe Hart and how poor he is with the ball at his feet, I did wonder if City were lurking.

Could see Pep preferring Lloris to Hart but if it's to do with their abilities with the ball at their feet I feel that's one of Lloris weaknesses too.

Hugo went backwards last season. He made too many errors that cost us points - yes, I know he also saved us points as well, but 'worldie' keepers do not make too many errors at all. He is a good shot stopper, a great distributor of the ball, but does not command the box and can panic his defenders with some dodgy decision making - plus the clangers (c5 last season). If he went for big money then I wouldn't be too upset. If he stays, then that's good too. I would expect him to be better next time round.

thought Vorm had a good game when he came on for Hugo, never easy subbing on part way through a game as a keeper.

Hoping he'll step up to 1st team form, he's had a proper pre season and is capable of better consistency than he's shown for us so far if he gets a run of games rather than random 1 off appearances.
