Terrible injury, terrible day. At least the press will be off his mistakes for a while and he can spend more time with his kids.

The fact they're having to do surgery a month after the incident isn't good news for him at all.

Hope he comes back better than he was before the injury. Iím not sure who I trust more in goal to be honest.

Agree with that but it gives Mourinho time to assess him if we need a new 1st choice keeper

Gazza's let a few in Hugo would have saved. Hopefully now the playing out from the back thing has been scrapped we might see a more confident Hugo.

Iím not confident in either of them tbh Tom. Disappointed in Gazza, I thought that he would lay down a marker with this run in the team.

Completely agree. I had high hopes for Gazza but he has made similar mistakes to Lloris (Chelsea penalty springs to mind) and his shot stopping hasnít impressed me either....
I think we should have a keeper merry go round in the summer and get a new no1 and no2

Agreed but it is good timing for Hugo to be back.

Itís another case of more famous once your dead!

Hugo was error ridden for the months leading to his injury & even his injury was a result of another gaff so Iím not overly bothered that heís nearing full fitness & wouldnít be against shipping him out this summer BUT gazza has been pretty average & has a distinct weakness on getting down low even from weak efforts he has slow feet & tends to fall rather than dive when anything is driven low,
We need a new keeper & thereís a cracker with only 6 months left on his deal at schalke

Hugo > Gazza and a lot of his errors came from playing out from the back. I'm hopeful he'll be solid for rest of the season.

Yep maybe but heís also had a fair few clangers with nothing to do with seemingly enable to pass to a white shirt, like anfield last season was unforgivable with countless others

Not good enough anymore

If you mean Alexander Nubel, he has already signed a contract with Bayern Munich and is going there in the summer. No longer available.
