I dont see why any are put on pedistals, after all they are only human beings that manage a group of players. Look at Raneri last season finest thing since sliced bread, now look champ or chump!!

Unless you are five years old and can't differentiate between a transient manager and an established club, not rating our manager does not mean I don't support Spurs. You really shouldn't accuse people of not being fans.

People like you absolve Pochettino from everything with a series of excuses. You cannot blame Levy regarding recruitment because in the near three years Pochettino has been here he has sold a considerable number of players, and bought a considerable number and the final say is always his. He has wasted perhaps £100m on buying useless players, and bears a large part of the responsibility for the whole squad. IF it won the league people like you (do you see what I am doing here?) would not be crediting Levy for assembling the team / squad, they would be gushing all over the genius of Pochettino.

What makes you think people like me liked the borefest of AVB's Spurs? - because they see the tactical limitations of Pochettino is it? Sorry Beagle but that is ridiculous.

He has won a few more trophies as a manager than Pochettino so far. Getting Liverpool into two finals in his first season wasn't bad which, again, is something Pochettino hasn't achieved.

End of the day Beagle I don't mind if you admire Pochettino and don't rate Klopp, so since you came back after OGY whipped you, why does it offend you so much that you take me on regarding it on thread after thread including those where Klopp or the limitations of Pochettino's tactical thinking havent even been mentioned?

Being of an older generation journo do you think if Leicester go down it would tarnish there championship winning season?

I had this debate in the boozer with a couple of mates and my opinion is it would take the shine off the tittle win if they went down.
would they be remembered as that team who unbelievably against all odds won the league or remembered as that team who won the league and went down the next, a feat I believe that has never been done

Absolutely praying with all my energy they go down.

If they didn't do what they did I don't care what any neutral says, we would have won the league.

I don't particularly want them to go down but if they do I'd love to have a go at signing Mahrez.

Wonder if any PL club would try and revive Vardy if they went down. Bet he's kicking himself for not cashing in on that Arsenal offer now he can't hit a barn door anymore.

How much would mahrez cost if they did go down considering how much sissoko supposedly was? There'd be a lot of competition and I'd assume he wouldn't be cheap at all if he has a decent amount of time still on his contract. Gone are the days of having your pick at such cheap prices if they go down I think, the championship still has more money than a lot of other leagues

I agree but reckon he'd kick up a stink to get out and they'd want to save face with fans and not allow his strop to sully the title winning legend status by allowing it to go on too long.

Competition for his signature might be an issue though if we want to compete in CL next season (assuming we qualify) Levy will have to work some magic somewhere. No player who adds value to the squad will be uncontested.

Embarrassing how we performed at anfield

Klopps dippers are f***ing dreadful they look tonight as they did for the month prior to our game

50+ goals conceded in previous four pl seasons & klopps lot look as bad if not worse

We really did have a shocker

Shocking squad and man management. He had a wealth of striking options when he arrived and he's got very little out of them having to buy Mane to further disrupt his existing strike force.

Anyone fancy Origi ? Thought he would be a player but gone backwards under Klopp

Ings origi sturridge all fallen flat
But it's his lack of coaching at the back that is abysmal

Thus current Liverpool aren't at all in anyway better than Rodgers Liverpool everyone said he had to sort out the side defensively to be able to compete yet over 18 months down the line I'd argue they're worse as a defensive unit

Take away the smug interviews & media mastery there's little left when analysing klopp

Still think he is a good manager but his arrogance of underestimating the prem is actually a major issue for them.

I have no idea why he thinks lucas is a centre half only a matter of time before that was punished

Haha, he's an arrogant smug arse, can't wait to see him start mugging off the fans, and he will :lmao:

The blind faith he received without any prem experience was mind boggling :lmao:

Leicester have new manager bounce. Great to see Liverpool drop points now though as 2nd-5th is very tight.

If they maintain their inconsistency we'll be well clear of em in a few weeks with some very winnable games coming up.

Still gutted we lost to them.
