Yes, I’d welcome OGY BACK. I was on a warn status, had it removed. Everyone should be treated in a similar way. He gets my vote

Just seen this Journo and want to send you my congratulations and thanks. People like you, Tom and the other moderators down the seasons give the likes of me a platform to say our bit, converse/argue with fellow Yids and spend a bit of time immersed in all things Spurs.

As for OGY? Surely he pops back on from time to time under another name...

I know that I am a mere novice on here but having been an Admin on a different, non football related group, I can well understand the issues that performing such a role brings.

I just would like to say thanks for running this site Journeyman. You do a great job. Let's face it, very little in life seems to stir the emotions like football does and you and the other admins do a great job in keeping a lid on it and ensuring things do not get out of hand

I hope you continue and head for the 40k posts

Great stuff and thanks

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. Have to be honest though I think tomtom takes a lot of flak at times with issues. Im just glad that I handed ownership over to tomtom. :grinny:

Some how being an old git already dont think I will make 40K but who knows!!!

Airplane, yes of course'it was. My wife said it was when I was talking to her but I was adamant it was Naked Gun. Not going to admit to her mind I’ll never hear the end of it.
Thanks for letting me know

Journo, kudos to you mate. Hopefully another 20,000 posts and more. Thanks for helping building a platform for us to share our great passion. Planet Spurs since I discovered it has been the only spurs forum I've been on. There's been no need to look elsewhere, everything I need to discuss about Spurs is here. I miss quite a few people. OGY, Mr Greaves, Roger to name a few because as it heated as it got I enjoyed it.

The passion and the views were and are genuine. Most of us here are alpha males and in that kind of environment it's going to get heated and sometimes messy but there's no doubting we all love the club. The range of age in this forum makes it an amazing group to be among and a lot to do with that is due to you Journo and Tom.

If we can let's try and get some of these guys back because the forum is a lot less without them but to you journo congrats again for all the hard work and thank you

Thanks mate. We did say we'd review OGYs ban after a while. Will discuss with other admin as there seems to be a grassroots movement to have him back.

RR had some time off before and returned. Hopefully see him before too long.

As for Mr Greaves I hope he's able to return, I've not been updated in a while but know he had reasons for not being on the site (beyond the disagreements / bickering that initially saw him step away).

Ultimately for many of our currently absent members, real life can often make arguing over whether or not Poch is up to it with strangers on the internet seem trivial but they all have my best wishes wherever they may be. As you say we're all Spurs, even if we express it differently. Maybe whatever struggles they're facing discussing Spurs may once again become a welcome distraction. I know it can be for me.

Excellent post i whole heartidly agree. That is what a forum is about ones opinions. I too have stayed off a while in the past, because of the reasons some have given, but i do know its oly passion for the club. It is obvious we are all going to offer some different views, ie isnt it about time we won something, are we the nearly men, etc etc, but one thing at the back of all comments is the club.

AS said in some military qiarters upon drinking a toast "The Regiment" or "The Colours", thats how we must be ok have your different opinions but also accept not everyone will agree with you as they may see it differently.

I would love to see those have have gone comeback, especially my old mate, but not sure he will, but never say never. :niceone:

I have to own up to mr greaves not being on here as we have both talked to each other since he left.

I apologised to him regarding my comments regarding his appraisal of klopp ? if he rates klopp it really isnt any of my concern.

I just didnt understand why greavesie didnt recognise what poch has done ?
