My turn to stew today and been through all the cards and dont like the look of it.
Even the odds ons look iffy bearing in mind a 1-6 was turned over at ayr yesterday.

My selection may be around the 9am deadline today.

My selection yesterday would have been Roberts star 6.40 Huntingdon which obliged at 5-6.....didnt have any financial interest but good to see a selection go in.

Hi yids !

I have come up with Legends of war 2.20 yarmouth......in the hope of keeping the run going.

For no other reason than he went for a lot of money at the recent breeze up sales and has an in form trainer.

Ok Beagle our £7.02 is now riding on "Legends of War" in the 2:20 Yarmouth with odds of 11/10. Good Luck :niceone:

Yep, I felt the pressure yesterday and started to not trust myself, I had whittled it down to 4 picks and the truth of it was that all 4 won. Roberts star was one of them, Ibraz at Notts with Alanannda at Sligo the other. On Monday my pick would have been "The Tin Man" which also obliged. With better ground the form book seems to be holding up initially, either that or the luck is running high.

I have to say, I'm enjoying this a lot. If we can get to 7 I think the fund will look quite decent. It does make you get your head into the form book :niceone:

Journo, that's a seriously decent double :niceone:

I should mention that I've taken a little off the bookies of late, so don't worry about the £1 Beagle lol :niceone:

Hard to pick anything without any risk, my concern would be that it hasn't been on a race track yet, but neither has most of it's rivals. It must have progressed as a yearling to increase it's value so much and a horse that basically cost 1M can't be rubbish.

It has drifted slightly in the market and now stands at 13/8, but I'd expect that with a late surge of clever money getting on nearer the off. Good Luck :niceone:

Ok its at the point where i dont want to be top tipster anymore ! LOL. i just dont want to let you down with the bet.

If its drifted that isnt a good sign for an unraced 2 yr old ! means gallop reports arent outstanding.

I had narrowed it down to 3 ! this one. French crusader and Palixandre both at southwell tonight.

Fingers crossed.

It's that buzz you should enjoy, it's only going to get worse if/as we progress. :lmao:

Out to 2/1 now, but that's possibly because Wiretrap the Simcock horse has come in to 6/1 from 20/1 and Varian's horse has also shortened a little. I still expect late money to come, if it doesn't then I'd worry :niceone:

The good news is that if it's drifts, we get that price. :dancing:

Another impressive winner   The late money didn't come, I felt sure it would.

Good news is we got the sp, 2/1 and our fund now stands at 21:06.

The bad news is I'm up again :hide: :niceone:

Well done !

Hello Honky tonk's :niceone:

Well, no surprise's that the horse I've picked is "Without Parole" in the 7:05 Sandown, It's a very short price 4/6 so I've jumped on

21:06 at 4/6........hope he's as good as they say :praying:

Just seen this. Good luck gents. U set a point you're going to hedge bets? Or just keep putting it all in on each one?

Hope you turn it into a good sum!

We just agreed on a week, 7 picks. No rule on price of picks and starting stake of 2 (beagle owes me a pound lol).

I guess we'll see what happens if we hit 7 or the stake gets high enough to retire, until then we let it roll.

TBH, the all or nothing pressure is the fun part, and obviously neither of us likes losing :niceone:

LOL !

He,s got some important engagements like the st james palace stakes at ascot so he is very highly regarded.

Strictly on form gabr looks the one to beat.

I think maybe i would have chosen him too had it been my turn today but poets word (same meeting) looks good also.

I would have short listed Without Parole and Poets Word and then had to make the dreaded choice.

Good luck.

Ps yids ! all my emoticons have disappeared otherwise i would be applauding your efforts ????

Trying not to make any errors in my selections to keep the run going.

It was me mentioning this horse that swung it tbh.

Poets Word
Giants Treasure Catterick
The last Indian Tipperary

Was my short list, Parole is the talk of the town recently, but I agree that the opposition isn't as poor as the market suggests, 2nd fav was 8/1 last night. I won't be to alarmed if Parole drifts out a bit.

I also liked the look of
Mutawaffer and Lady Bergamot at Goodwood. Geoff Potts at Catterick

Strange to see televised racing on ITV tonight with 4 races from Sandown, might see this a lot more in future.

PS. I've backed "Sea of Class" in the oaks at 8/1. Liked the look of it last time out.

Hammering it down at Goodwood yet they say it remains good/firm.

Not sure if it's raining at Sandown, but a change in the going won't be good, I'm expecting the market to alter a lot when it opens. :crying:
