Very very tough game.

Inter knows that if they get an early goal, then we need to score at least 3 goals to be above them.
If it happen, Spurs still need to beat Barcelona at Nou Camp to qualify which is impossible.

Can Poch and The Team make impossible become possible 🤔🤔🤔

I will go for:

Gazza

Aurier Sanchez Alderweirald Davies

Dier Sissoko

Son Ericksen Alli

Kane

It is not impossible if Barcelona already win the group by then and could rest there big guns.

Lloris has served his suspension right? if so I'd start him over Gazza. Gazza has proven himself above Vorm, but Hugo when on form is still our best keeper IMO.

Huge game as Chelsea performances shows we have another level to go to than what we've been playing at for most of the season. Win it well and we've still got a chance of progressing.

This is one of the toughest calls of the season with the Derby Sunday one of the only bonuses being we get an extra days rest! Saying that they are playing Thursday al be it against 'weaker' opposition so should have the chance to rest players...hard one to judge

Need to win this game, nothing else to it really. I know we have Arsenal at the weekend but I'm not ready to give up on the Champions League just yet. We need to go full strength. After that Chelsea game its hard to decide what full strength is though

Im not really sure what team I would play as I feel we have a few options. This is what we've been crying out for for years. To get to a stage where you can say should I start Moura? Son? Lamela? Or two of them or all three! Should We start with Dier or Sissoko or Winks? I still think we can add a couple of players to this team but when several players are showing quality and form it makes Pochettinos job much easier :spurs: :spurs: :spurs:

Yeah. Poch must be loving that he finally has enough fit players to have to make tough decisions.

I expect Lamela, Winks and Lucas to probably start. I know he likes to rotate full backs so I wonder if he'll trust KWP.

For me the NLD is more important than this game I'd rest what we can for the scum,, beating them is everything,,as for CL it's our own fault we are in the position we find me our selves,, we could hammer inter 5-0 and still lose to barca,, but we come Sunday night we could have slapped Chelsea and arsenal back to back

The NLD is obviously a huge game but the money that the club can get from progressing in the CL cannot be ignored. Yes our chances of progressing are slim but we can't just not try and I don't expect that to happen. What I was saying above is that we find ourselves in a position where we can rotate players and still have a strong side. We can afford to rotate without severely weakening our team. I've seen that Rose and Trippier have resumed some sort of training with Rose looking to be just ahead. Also Vertonghen is back so we have some great options across the pitch for tonight and at the weekend. I fully expect us to make a couple of changes for tonight but we can still compete on both fronts. At the weekend I would expect a full strength team, Arsenal are on a 17 match unbeaten run and that needs to be stopped ASAP!

For me, players should be rested for the nld . Even if we win , there’s no way we are gonna beat Barca . I’d be happy to go into the europa though .

what is with this negativity loool, Barcelona will top the group if they beat PSV with a game to spare, which I think they will and the last match to them would be a dead rubber. I can see them not taking the match seriously and resting there big guns. Why would Barcelona be at full strength when they have nothing to really play for. No wonder our team can lack the confidence when the pressure is on when some of our fans are so negative.

We look like the team that was grinding out results without Son and Eriksen in the team.

Lamela for Eriksen, I have no doubt in situations as in the lamela incident that the ref will be made aware at half time he could have had a red .

It is a good job the ref is casual with his cards or Lamela would not be on the pitch.

Very tough first half. Some good chances but still not able to score a goal.

Europa League is getting closer.

I would never thought I would say this, but Toby is making me feel nervous, he is not on his game tonight and we all know Serge can have one of those days.
