Poch has just become the first spurs manager to win 100 premiership games and he’s done it in just 169 games. And some lunatics were discussing shipping him off earlier in the season. Come on Tottenham!!

Lamela has missed two sitters today that’s the difference against s*** negative like this you have to take your chances

what was the sitters he missed, I know Son and Kane should of scored but I can not remember anything of note Lamela did.

All the fans who are insulting Lamela on twitter, you are a fake fickle pretend fan.

Awful performance from Burnley. What a disgrace. These kind of Teams need to play in the Championship. Burnley was just defending for 90mins. Well Done Spurs.

A chance from 6 yrda first half after sissoko did brilliantly
Then the chance in second half from 4-5 yrda which hart saved but shouldn’t of been given the chance to lamela tried placing it rather than hitting it ! Both were big misses ie sitters

Did youwatch the game ? Can’t see how you missed these if you did
Still nothing else matters now we got the points in a frustrating game against a side who were time wasting from minute one & played a back 9 #antifootball

Another MOTM performance from sissoko imo excellent again today

Wasn’t at the game....How did Davies do at CB?? And how did Skipp do??

SCUM in midweek is a HUGEEEEEE game!! Will be tough going to the Emirates but imo we should go full strength

Davies did fine but Burnley barely ventured out of they’re own box
Skipp did well & will be happy with is own game but again defensively wasn’t tested at all because Burnley’s midfield was sat on the 18 box for 99% of the game

I saw when Son missed and the ball went wide and a defender blocked a goal bound shot from Kane but did not see Lamela's chance, the game was a bit of a bore so did not pay attention to most of it because we did not look like scoring.

Don’t be upset when it’s a fully rotated squad against the Gooners.

I know opinions are that we need at least one new central midfielder, some say a new left back, a possible replacement for Toby. Another player we need is a striker, someone who might have made a difference yesterday against Burnley’ s pathetic 11men behind the ball tactics.
By the way ,anyone going to the new stadium today, have a great visit.

This time of year when the games are thick and fast the result is the most important thing and the performance less so.
One thing that poch did which is something that almost back fired was big us up in the week with regards to the title , we could have looked a little silly not beating Burnley at home.

But I take a 90min winner especially when in the booster with my goon mate.

Massive massive win! Burnley got exactly what they deserved, wasting time since the first minute. What a f***ing result! COYS!

Great result.

Actually i dont blame burnley being so negative because they need points on the table.

2 points above the relegation zone after 17 games ? a point here and there away from home could make all the difference to them come may 2019.

More games like this to come because of the financial pitfalls of crashing out the prem ! looks like 7 teams down there from newcastle in 14th to fulham 20th in that drop zone area so as i said more games like this to come.

next up in the Prem is Everton away - could be tricky but the following 3 are against Bournemouth & Wolves at Wembley and Cardiff away. If we come out with 10 points from that lot i wont be unhappy.

Burnley are in the depths of a relegation battle and the authors of some of the comments on here about the way they approached the game seem to be unaware of the fact and as for the remark that they belong in the Championship is like many of that conributors other comments, utter b******s

On the game we were average. Rose and Trippier had so much of the ball but were so wasteful it was untrue.

Dynamic changed and obviously so when Eriksen came on and for once Pochettino got it spot on by bringing on Llorente and his arrival created disharmony in the Burnley defence.

I think we had 3/4 chances and scored with a beautiful strike.

Was blooming cold and 41,000 fans turning up in that weather at that time of year were mostly warmed.

I say it again get Sessegnon in, a striker and midfielder and we are set for top 4 at least.

sessegnon is not a left back, he is converted into attacking player like we did with Bale, we need proper Left Backs that can defend and attack, if we did get sessegnon then we would have the same problem as Trippier , would only look good in a back three and that would leave us with lack of flexibility in different formations that the player can be consistent.

Sessegnon isnt in bales class.

Over rated and over priced and hope we steer clear of the player.
