Boxing day games can bring up a few shock results but hopefully this one wont.

I think we are at a peak right now and certain players are excelling notably son & sissoko.

I think poch could rest a couple with a busy period coming up but probably wont.

Too strong for them and this could be 4-0.
Kane 2 Son 2.

i think you may be under-estimating Bournemouth. They are a compact and efficient team and i expect little more than a 2-1 win. But then again I predicted a 1-1 draw against Everton, so dont rely on any of my predictions when filling out your betting slip

Make you right steve.

I said everton 2 spurs 2 and was way out.....lol

What is swaying me is the form of a couple of our players.

Son has turned out to be an excellent buy and has blossomed under poch.

Sissoko i think has a fitness test today but he has also been excellent and i never thought i would say that about him.

All the best for the new year lads.

Son has always been a huge success at his former clubs , he was brilliant for Humburg for two seasons which earned him a move to Leverkusen and his performances for Leverkusen attracted interest from Bayern and our club , he choose our club over Bayern because he said he always wanted to play in the premier league.

They try to play football whoever they are up against and it allways suits us. I expect comfortable win today. Out of the big 6 I think Chelsea are most likle to drop points today, and then Arsenal, City, United. Liverpool and us are biggest favourites, but that's boxing day so a lot of things can happen.

Not much is comfortable in the premiership and if we slacken up because of the Everton win and they tighten things up then it could be tricky till we get a goal. A early goal would help to open up the game a bit.

Any win would do in my book

I have never seen Eddie Howe's team play defensive, they go at you, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, when it does not work for them they ship a lot of goals. I can see them causing us a few problems with there energy.

Apparently KWP had an outstanding 1st half setting up all 3 goals

I wouldn’t say he was outstanding but he did a very good job. Been wondering for a long time why he hasn’t been playing. We should use him a lot more as he has potential and works his socks off every time he plays.

Interesting we have played 11 away games winning 9.

What needs to improve is our performances against the others in the top 6.
We started off well beating man utd 3-0 at their place then lost at wembley to liverpool 1-2 & man city 0-1.

Good result against chelsea at wembley beating them 3-1 before crashing at the goons 4-2.

So thats 6 points won and 9 points lost to fellow top 6 prem teams.
This ratio has to improve if we are to try to go all the way.

We have a rejuvenated man utd in 3 games time which we must win to stay in with a chance.

Anyone get the feeling this could be a mirror season for us of the year leicester won the title ?
