So, how does Poch select the starting eleven against the Chavs in the Haribo Cup? Full strength but risk fatigue for the Man Utd match? Or rest certain players to send out a fresher and stronger team for the league game? Difficult one...

I'm going to both games so not sure what I want lineup wise.

Few players like Jan and Dembele getting back to fitness will help with rotation slightly. Not sure though.

5 days between them, should be fine with some injured back as well. Rose, Toby Trips Kane Winks Sisskho Eriksen Lloris all missed tonight (Kane sort of). Lamela was only suffering sickness or he would have played.

Verts Dembo and Dier might play against 1 or the other as all back in training I believe.

As far as Iím concerned , full strength . This is massive for the club . This is not going to be as easy as the league game .

For me this game is way more important than the league game .

Full strength in both !

A big performance in the semi would only help the performance needed against Utd, we went strong in the last round no way poch plays a weakened side for a semi against another rival !

Huge week for us & our season imo IF we can beat Chelsea & Utd back to back within 5 days that really would put us in high spirits & full of momentum going forward !

COYS itís time to put some markers down

Full strength for both, there's 5 days rest between matches and Tranmere was the game to rest few players (which Poch did).

Well he sent out his strongest available team but stuck by Gazza for this comp. The full result of that decision will only truly be known after the United game.
