I really rate him. Now this would be an eye-opener. But could we - would we - sign him along with Nídombele and Lo Celso? Stuff of dreams.

He had a poor year last year form wise, probably down to Ronaldo coming in and therefore dybala got moves around the pitch to suit.

Thereís surely no way we can be keeping eriksen and buying dybala and Lo Celso albeit they all play in slightly different positions. Will juventus want a swap with eriksen after bringing in rabiot and Ramsey to their already massive squad?

Madrid and Juve both have oversized squads but Dybala definitely gives us cover up top along with son and a bit of moura and parrot. No need for llorente and would keep dele in his toes as Alli eriksen and Kane just walk in to the side whatever form at present

I can't see how we can afford £70M or £80M. Besides we could get tried and tested Zaha for that. I think it's small-minded of people on here to be down on Zaha because he's hoping Arsenal come in. If we made a move he would jump at it. If I was in his position and Spurs showed no interest then I would probably be hoping for Arsenal if he wants to stay in London.

To fork out that sort of money on Dyabala is a MASSIVE RISK and one that Levy probably won't take. Zaha isn't any sort of risk because he has shown his flair in the PL time after time.

My guess would be this , we are in discussions with betis for lo celso but are apart on a fee being agreed.
Betis sign fekir as a replacement who will be on fairly big bucks with betis believing a deal with us is close .

Once the fekir signing happens we are now interested in dybala?

This is surely a smoke screen to get lo celso for a closer fee to what we want.

This is the kind of nonsense link I thought we had got rid of.

Seems like we are completely bereft of ideas of what we need and even further from acquiring the right players.

Wouldnít say itís so clear cut. Dybala could be a flop in the PL as has happened before with other players offering so much. Zaha would be a safer option as we know he can hack it.

Sensible, canít argue with that logic.

Ali Dybala lo would have problems in itself especially with Moura and son as well

I concede it would be safer.

But when you say hack it, he didnít hack it in a utd team that on paper had a lot more of the ball than palace

Hard to judge a player for playing in a Man United team being led by a certain Moyes and he was just 20 at the time. Heís certainly shown what he can do over the last couple of seasons. I do think dybala would be a class signing but itís a risk, I remember the excitement around di maria going to Man U and all their fans saying how he was going to tear up the PL.

IMHO Dybala is too much of a risk at anything over £60m...if we can get him at that price or less I think itís worth doing as he is still young and has been playing at the top level for many years now

Might happen in the January transfer window, look how long Sessegnon and Lo Celso deals are taking. I'm now expecting Sesssgnon joining at best in this window, Lo Celso speculation has gone on too long for me for it to happen now. Eriksen and Toby to stay and go on free transfers next summer. Still don't believe we got Ndombele.

Feeling pessimistic and returning the yellow fruit to the supermarket.

Still think it's a smoke screen but I would be a big coup if it did happen.
