He's quoting an article who are copying the sun. Sacks posts every single spurs related story to get clicks, he's not in any way a reliable source.

We've definitely made an offer but sun are close to bottom rung for reliability.

His style is Kane-esque but it does not mean he will do it in the Premier League or that going for a copycat poor man's Kane is what we need.

We are leaking more goals per game under Jose than Pochettino.

As fans we are due one, but I am not so sure these things are due to fair fortune.

We haven't bought a good striker since Berbatov.

Club policy for some reason was to stop buying players as opposed to getting better at buying.

Heís not a prolific striker and the offer made is not enough seen as Milan paid 34m for him 18 months ago

I also donít think cavani is the right man for us even though he is a JM type of player, he is a work horse.

For me At this present time Theo boy player who is of high quality and could be bought is zaha but heís not worth 80m but we need to fill that position, clubs are going to take full advantage now of our position

Zaha best ever PL season saw him score 10 league goals, some on here say he was deployed as a striker a lot. Most people thought Moura was a bit average last season in the league, still scored 10 goals.

Zaha 80M as Kane replacement? Not for me. Jose needs a target man for his style to work.

Sun were bulls***ting on deal done as I suggested when they published.

However quite a few murmurs of something happening overnight online. I'm waiting to hear from someone if it's true.

Forget Kaneís injury as a reason to why we need this signing, because this injury is a result of us needing this signing 3yrs ago,
Harry is massively overplayed by spurs & England which is now catching up with him, especially worrying with the type of injury he now has because itís a tough one to fully recover from & im willing to bet it will now hamper him over the next couple of years at least.

Donít know much about this lad but tbh Iíd take f***ing anyone at this point (apart from matic/fellani
We need this & at least two more this window

Sky sports reporting talks are underway ...

Personally Iíd like him on a loan with an option to buy in the summer as he could end up being another bloody Janssen

Could be a hit if he finds form quickly. However does he get benched the moment Kane is back

Goal wise he was good last year. I see no point on a permanent deal as he's an out and out striker and when Kane is fit he won't get a look in. Loan at best

Milan only open to permanent or loan with obligation to buy. Don't blame em, loan with option only benefits us.

With the option if he flops they'll struggle to get the same value for him - if he's a success they can't run the price up/sell to highest bidder.

I'm not a regular viewer of Serie A so am far from an expect, but this guy looks average to me.

Not particularly skilful, not particularly quick and not particularly strong.

How many points are we expecting to drop over the next 2 weeks whilst Danny boy haggles over the fee?
Some reporting heís already refused to pay the £30m.
Iíve been a avid defender of levy especially with the off-field achievements yet after implementing huge steps forward in growing the stature of club to try & rival the worlds biggest clubs he runs the on-field matters in a way that would only rival West Ham FFS.
In a football sense I donít ever see how itís possible for us to realistically compete with DL in charge

Let's be honest here lads,, hes cheap,, that's why we are in for him, simple, levy needs to understand that if hes making alot more money from prem now a days you have to spend more aswel,, £28m that's a £10m player from a few years ago,,we need players that can create a goal before we worry about who will tap it in,, our midfield is awful for creativity,, man utd are gonna get bruno Fernandez for Ä70m 40 up front surly we could of did that deal
