I read this morning that Korea is still allowing people from China including Wuhan to enter the country. It seems absolutely stupid to me that Son has been allowed to go there for whatever reason.
On the last day of the transfer window, during the outbreak,Man Utd signed Odion Ighalo. He flew into Manchester on the Sunday and was pictured leaving his hotel,on the Monday morning. He trained alone for a while as a safety precaution to the other players.
What the h ell happened to the quarantine everybody else has had to go through?

Not everyone from China is quarantined Griff.

There are cases in the UK now. Should none of our players be allowed to go anywhere as they're in the same country?

I'm sure Son's taking precautions.

Lots have been in 14 day quarantine up on the Wirral. Anyone travelling from a China should be quarantined without exception. After China, South Korea is the next highest affected country. No way in h*ll should Sonny be going there.

Taking precautions is far different from taking risks.

Talk of the PL and others being abandoned and L'Pool missing out.

I'd take the big IF right now. Long pre-season, players fully rested, injuries given the proper care, squad balancing out. Yeah, I'd take the IF

Obviously nobody wants the corona virus situation to accelerate but I would love the Euros cancelled and all Summer tours ,all the players could have a damn good rest.

Oh if we could stop Liverpool winning the league and us missing out on CL I'd gladly cancel this season from a footballing perspective lol but from a personal one I'd much rather corona virus stopped spreading and there was no cause for such drastic measures.

I suspect the PL won't be cancelled unless things massively escalate.

Until government puts out a closure notice on sports events travel will be the only thing affected.

I believe we should just open the doors to the virus, because it's going to happen anyway. Like flu, it's going to kill some people, but that's natures way of controlling populations.

haha perhaps not but our lot definitely look like they could do with some more time off, we've got an injury list as long as my arm at the moment.

Your comment reminded me of when Wayne Rooney complained about how tough midday kick offs were - saying he had to get up at 5am and force down a bowl of pasta and would feel very nauseous doing so... to which my favourite reply online was

"for £250k a week I'd eat three cans of dogfood for breakfast every day if I had to"

Liverpool not getting the title?

No internationals?

This sounds too good to be true

Our lot look like that after the first game of the season. Poor attitudes make them lethargic

Nature or man-made? It's only over the last couple of years that I have realized that when Trump goes on about FAKE NEWS he is bloody right. 95% of what we are "told" has some sort of agenda.

Evidently the Prem League are considering banning people over 70 from matches. That's Roy Hodgson buggered then

Sounds a bit like dickens ------- better let them die and decrease the surplus population.......or something like that.
